Browsing

• We do not use advertising cookies or third party tracking tools.
• We use essential cookies: one to remember your language, a session cookie that protects forms against forged submissions, one that keeps you signed in to your account (30 days) and, during the preview, one that grants early access.
• The servers log technical access data (such as IP address, date and time and the page visited) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a short time.

Account

When you create an account, we store your email, your encrypted password (never the password itself), your language, the creation date and the date of your last sign in.

To check that the email exists, we look up the DNS of the email domain (MX records). No message is sent during this check.

Platform submissions

• When you submit a platform, we store the platform name and address, the countries you chose, your note and the account that made the submission.
• The account email is never published. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
• From your IP address we only keep an encrypted version (hash), used to limit abusive submissions.

Sharing

Submission data is processed by our review system. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data through the contact shown on this page, quoting your submission reference.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. We keep submission data for as long as needed for the review and the service history, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
